• Render technical and management advice for the improvement of existing government or private animal control facilities.
• Integrate government and NGO programs to provide maximum welfare to animals.
• Organize campaigns, seminars and workshops to discuss and promote animal welfare.
• Educate and increase awareness of the general public in animal welfare.
